We understand that plans change and we will always try to accommodate our guests’ needs. However, due to catering and production planning lead times, we have a very strict refund policy. All deposits are non refundable. The remainder of ticket prices are refundable up to six weeks before the event booked. No refunds can be provided within four weeks of the event booked.
